By: gomom.me The Let’s Play Challenge invites Connecticut kids to work with their parents or legal guardians to create an original video of creative ways to play. Entries should represent play that is active, social, constructive, imaginative and fun. All entrants have the chance to win $1,000 towards their school’s physical education program and a $100 Toys "R" Us® gift card. Each entrant receives two tickets to Let’s Play Expo scheduled on December 15th at the XL Center in Hartford, CT. The winning video will be chosen by viewers who vote for their favorite video(s) and will be featured during the Let’s Play Expo. "The Let’s Play Challenge enables both kids and their parents to think about play in a creative way.” said Tricia Brunton, CEO of gomom.me. “Playing benefits the entire family and I am looking forward to seeing the videos that are submitted.” Videos can be submitted until 11:59pm on Tuesday, December 4th. Voting begins at 8:00am on Wednesday, December 5th and ends at 11:59pm on Thursday, December 6th. The winning video, with the most votes, will be announced on or about 10:00am on Friday, December 14th.
