The documentary, appropriately entitled Drive, was produced by visual storyteller Carrie Wong, and takes viewers on a biographical journey through the careers of Gian Fiero and entertainment attorney Michael Ashburne, who is also featured in the piece.
"When Carrie first talked to me about doing this project, I immediately thought of including my colleague and friend, Michael Ashburne," says Gian, "Michael and I have had many discussions about the topics that we touched upon in the video over the years. The only difference here is that they were recorded."
Through Carrie Wong's creative direction, Drive examines the phenomenon of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, skillfully parallelling the stories of Gian and Michael's tribulations and triumphs, while intertwining words of wisdom, and take-away messages that are easily accessible.
"I did not envision this documentary would have such an inspirational affect during its original treatment, " says Gian, who is a self-described scholar of success, and a professional student of human nature, "Once it was completed, I felt that we had created something special which puts the psychology of success in a compact, and musically engaging presentaton that will benefit people for years to come."
