The 13th Commandment Unabridged: A new book by John Donovan. John draws from his experiences as a worldwide process trouble shooter and 40 plus years as a chemical engineer to provide a very interesting and timely book. The section on global warming is a must read for everyone.
During John's career he was fortunate to be exposed to different cultures and geological places all around the world. The 13th Commandment Unabridged captures these experiences and John's thoughts. The book begins in the early 1940’s and ends circa 2011. The early chapters cover growing up in different Oklahoma oil towns, college, military service and career. Included throughout the book are John's thoughts on religion, the environment, and political policies. Sprinkled through out the book are references to Indian tribes. John spent the 1st ten years of his life in the Osage; his best friend was a Cherokee Indian.
In the global warming section of this book is a discussion of our Earth’s interface with its atmosphere. When studying multicomponent steady state processes, “the atmosphere”, one of the times proven models used to analyze multicomponent processes is thermodynamics. Once you read the Environmental section of this book, The 13th Commandment Unabridged, you will understand that carbon dioxide does not and cannot control Earth’s atmospheric conditions which include, but is not limited to, temperature changes.
The concluding chapter is called Owasso, the Indian word meaning “The End”. This chapter contains several different topics: John's childhood, current politics and the difference between Judeo-Christian’
One of the themes that summarizes The 13th Commandment Unabridged is that there will always be people on planet earth who will try to exhaust you with trivia and then plot to take away your freedom, why? Because he and/or she think they can. Remember, God does not see color and/or race, He only sees an Earthling as His image; politicians and "because they can" people want to take away your freedom see color and race because it’s the old story of divide and conquer.
