FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 2, 2012 - DALLAS, Texas. October 15-18,2012 – Masha Halpern of Keller Williams Realty joined over 100 top real estate professionals working in the upscale residential market, who converged in mid-October in Charleston (SC) for The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s (http://www.luxuryhomemarketing.com/) annual Leaders in Luxury (LIL) conference.

According to Masha, the exclusive event was an invitation-only educational and networking opportunity for real estate professionals who handle million and multi-million dollar homes and estates. “This prestigious conference provides cutting-edge information on what’s happening in the luxury market segment, offers insights on best practices in the business and creates valuable networking opportunities,” said Halpern.

“Leaders in Luxury attendance is limited to proven professionals in the luxury home niche,” said Laurie Moore-Moore, Founder of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing; the host company. “This gives LIL attendees the opportunity to build an exclusive network of contacts focused on the upscale residential industry, while sharing with the best in the business. Since competency is the key to working successfully with the luxury buyer and seller,” added Moore-Moore, “LIL is designed to provide attendees with important knowledge and insights, giving them a competitive edge in meeting the needs of the affluent.”

Masha says ,“Attending the Leaders in Luxury event is an investment for my clients,”  and adds “I have to be proactive to stay on top of today’s market conditions. By networking with the best in the business, sharing ideas and learning about the latest trends and outlooks, I can help my affluent clients find success where others are finding challenges.”

Leaders in Luxury’s keynote speakers included the nation’s number one real estate agent, Ken DeLeon of DeLeon Realty, who represented the Russian billionaire buyer in the record-setting $100 million residential sale last year in California’s Silicon Valley. Numerous top luxury agents from the U.S. and Canada participated in presentations and panel discussions. Dr. Ted Jones, Chief Economist for Stewart Title Company, shared predictions for the housing market, while Interior Designer Kay Green of Kay Green Design, Inc. spoke about the upcoming design and amenity trends in luxury residences.

Masha Halpern is one of a select few Luxury Brokers who have continued to assist her high end clients in  meeting  their real estate purchase and sale needs and has accomplished this in both profitable and challenging economic climates. Using specific tools through LHMI, KW Luxury International and her award-winning web site, www.TheSmartMoveTeam.com , she has been very successful selling homes of significance in the several Chapel Hill and Durham communities.
