UK sees an encouraing employment drive

Sonovate shares encouraging news for the recruitment industry, which has come from the Employment Trends Survey.

PRLog - Nov. 2, 2012 - CENTRAL LONDON, U.K. -- Start-up recruitment agencies will be encouraged by the results of a recent Employment Trends Survey (www.cbi.org.uk (http://www.cbi.org.uk/media-centre/press-releases/2012/10/private-sector-employment-resilience-a-mini-miracle-cbi/)), which states that over a third of British private businesses expect to increase employee numbers over the next 12 months.

The results show that the science, high-tech and IT industries will be the driving force behind the expected employment growth in the coming year. Of the businesses surveyed in these sectors, 48 per cent forecast their workforce to be larger in 12 months time, whereas only 13 per cent predict they will employ fewer staff.

According to the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) chief policy director Katja Hall, the real challenge for these businesses is to ensure that more young people are positioned to fill these vacancies. Those looking to start up their own recruitment business have a real part to play in this process.

Sonovate are making it easier for recruiters to take that first step towards branching out on their own. With their help it has never been easier for recruiters to take advantage of niche job sectors, including those that are set for growth over the next 12 months, and run their own profitable businesses.
