Bulk Material Prep unit now available

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 2, 2012 - Material preparation is key to your success. If you don’t condition your material properly, you run the risk of air bubbles and inconsistent viscosities, along with settling and separation.
Many dispensing problems occur due to poor material handling. Settling of fillers, moisture absorption and material viscosity cause inaccuracy and poor reliability in traditional dispense systems. Fluid Research recognizes that material handling is the least acknowledged critical aspect of your dispense system.
THE BMP by Fluid Research is designed to accommodate a full 55 gallon drum in the 65 gallon storage tank. It is also available in 15 and 30 gallon capacity. Developed to support pre-processing of materials prior to dispensing, the BMP is a valuable tool only available from FRC.

Our BMP units can be equipped with:
-Heating
-Vacuum (Bulk or Thin Film)
-Agitation
-Low and High Level sensing with Auto Replenishment
capability from bulk supply.
-Output auto fill to existing dispensing system.
