The Blue Moon Cafe, in Baltimore's historic Fells Point, opened its doors in 1996. The cafe, started by Sarah Simington and her mother, Sherri, has been featured in the New York Times, GQ Magazine, Zagat, Urbanspoon, Foodspotting, and the Food Network’s "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.” The Blue Moon's most recognized item is Cap'n Crunch French Toast, which helped Sarah make the Urbanspoon’s top 100 list of “America’s Most Popular Cheap Eats” in 2012. The Blue Moon Café was the only restaurant from Maryland.
