Two Investment Builders, Inc. Employees Have Joined TAAHP

Nov. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- EL PASO – Investment Builders, Inc. (IBI), a locally-owned real estate investment, development, and construction company, would like to congratulate Maria Espinoza and Martha Gomez on their membership into the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers.  TAAHP is the leading organization of affordable housing professionals in the state of Texas representing the affordable housing industry.  It is dedicated to working for laws, policies, regulations and programs that are vital for the development of quality affordable housing for all Texans.

Maria Espinoza is one of the company’s Due Diligence Coordinators and has been with IBI since 1998.  She oversees all aspects of the Tax Credit programs, HOME Investment Partnerships Program and Bond application proposals to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and the Arizona Department of Housing.  Ms. Espinoza has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from The University of Texas at El Paso.

Martha Gomez is also one of the company’s Due Diligence Coordinators and has been with IBI for more than 9 years.  She works closely with team members to prepare and submit Housing Tax Credits, HOME Investment Partnership documents and Bond application proposals to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and the Arizona Department of Housing.  Ms. Gomez has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from The University of Texas at El Paso.
