For a limited time, Open-E is offering this support plan at a 50% discount to partners and customers.

Users receive assistance with all technical issues or questions related to their Open-E products on a 24 by 7 basis. Open-E’s Support Team can be contacted both via e-mail and phone through the user portal on the company’s website. For urgent cases, a special support hotline guarantees help outside regular business hours, weekends and public holidays within a response time of four hours. Additionally, critical issues can be solved in remote support sessions – directly on the running system.

All this is now offered for half the regular price until December 31st, 2012. The offer applies to both annual and 3-year 24/7 Support Plans. Customers already using the basic, standard or premium support plans can take advantage of an upgrade at the same 50% discount.
