Inverness based accountancy firm Frame Kennedy and Forrest has taken a 10 year FRI lease of the 3,494 sq ft top floor office for a rent of £8.87/sq ft. The company joins existing tenants The Richmond Fellowship and Inverness Chamber of Commerce.
Duncan Hamilton of property owners New Land Assets commented: “We are delighted to have secured another quality tenant. Metropolitan House provides quality office accommodation in Inverness city centre and is 30-40% cheaper than comparable properties. For occupiers with lease expiries or break options seeking to reduce costs it’s a “no brainer” and we look forward to announcing further lettings in the near future.”
Charlie Lawrence at letting agent Ryden said: "With the ongoing national review of town centres there is greater political will to encourage economic activity and businesses back into our city centres. Metropolitan House offers occupiers good quality cost effective space close to transport links and amenities."
