Anoop Desai Announces Single “Love War” - New EP set for November 20th

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 1, 2012 - Anoop Desai is back in the spotlight once again with new material and a brand new sound. Gearing up to release his long awaited EP 3 Cheers on November 20th, Anoop is ready to create dance floor mayhem. In advance of the EP, the single “Love War” will be released on November 13th.  

Anoop has since evolved from his days as a former American Idol finalist. The Electro Pop singer/songwriter has taken the reins on developing his own musical style that embodies his development as an artist. Working alongside Atlanta based producer ADHD, the two have embarked on a project that serves as the nexus between pop and electronic dance music. The resulting product is a five track EP that will cross genre boundaries. “Love War” alone infuses the elements of Electro house music with fresh, catchy melodies.

Following his time on Idol, Anoop has launched a successful music career by entrancing audiences with his wide range of vocal abilities. His debut 2010 EP, All Is Fair, landed him the #14 spot on iTunes pop charts. Upon relocating to Atlanta, Anoop teamed up with famed producer DJ Trauma to produce the mixtape Zero.0. The record was exclusively premiered on Billboard and highly regarded by listeners. The media quickly took notice to Anoop’s music, commenting on his ability to “navigate multiple genres and different sounds that go beyond pop-R&B” (The Hollywood Reporter).
