Falatek has over 32 years of CFO/Finance Management experience in both the business and educations sectors. During his 23 years at Pittsburgh Paint and Glass Industries (PPG), a $14.9 billion Fortune 500 company, he rose through the ranks to become Manager of Accounting services for PPG’s North American Trade Products where he was responsible for the financial aspects of the company’s manufacturing, distribution and sales areas in the United States and Canada. Falatek also spent over 9 years as CFO/Finance director for the Smyrna School district where he oversaw the spending of $200M in the construction and renovation of 10 schools.

Born and raised in Bethlehem, PA, Falatek graduated from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education. During his employment with PPG he earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from Southern Illinois. He currently resides in Florida.
