Fadl – Dubai-born Rapper, Fadl to rock the Abu Dhabi F1 party

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 1, 2012 - One of only two acts selected to perform at perhaps the most prestigious circuit on the F1 calendar, Fadl, is set to perform in front of a capacity crowd.  Organisers of the F1 Fanzone, Red Bull, launched it’s inaugural Bedroom Jam to give local bands the opportunity to get out of the bedroom and into the Red Bull recording studio based in Madrid, Spain.

Sharing the stage with two of the stalwarts of the UAE music scene; the blues/jazz/funk experimentation of Bull Funk Zoo and the progressive rock of EYE, Fadl will be performing tracks from his recently released album TWO.17.

“This is a unique opportunity” says Fadl, “and I’m honoured to be performing on such a big stage with some of the Greats from UAE”.  

Fadl, who’s debut album TWO.17 was released in August 2012, has enjoyed success in both the UK and Dubai and is set to continue into 2013 with a series of tours to be announced early next year.  And having just finished shooting the video for his first single ‘My City’ in London, Fadl is currently riding the crest of a wave: “it’s been an amazing 6 months for me; releasing my debut album, finishing my Masters degree, shooting a great video and now performing on such a global stage at the Red Bull F1 party; it’s a great way to finish off 2012.”
