No, we decide to become anew from the inside out, so that when the New Year come we will have a New Prospective, A New Mindset, A New Heart, ready to live A New Life not just some new habit, or resolution that holds some temporary commitment.
This 30 Day Journey of Release is for:
Women, who are still holding on to and replaying the things that happened in their past.
Women, who present situation is negatively impacting them emotionally and mentally leaving them unable and unsure how to move forth.
Women, who when in the presence of those who wronged them, their mood and attitude changes.
Women, who seek revenge for the offenses they experienced.
Women, who when talking or thinking about what has happened they still cry and/or become very upset.
Women, who are constanly lashing out at others all the time or are always emotional.
Women, who future is being blocked by un-forgiveness, anger, bitter, resentment, shame.
Women, who are being hindered by unresolved and hidden issues.
Women, who just don't where to start or where to begin but recognize they need assistance.
Women, who are in the process of trying to forgive and have become stuck in limbo.
Now Is the time to begin to release and let go of it all and gift yourself the chance to begin to heal and to be restored.

The 30 Day Journey: Emptying Out the Trash to Find the Hidden Tresure is a month filled with intense self-reflection, self-discovery with the goal of achieving a total inner-self makeover. Women will be challenged to probe deep within themselves and confront their hidden issues to further propel them into the journey of healing one step at a time. Several different release methods will be used. This 30 days will be very interactive.
