“We are happy to be able to announce this milestone for our company,” stated Patrick Deleau, President and CEO of the Legal Suite Group. “GENERALI is a great company and we are happy to bring them on as a client, and having them named as our official 400th client is a record that we are so pleased to be able to share.”
Previous client milestones for the company include:
1. 100th client - Unilever France - 2004
2. 200th client - RATP (Paris Public Transportation System) - 2007
3. 300th client - Natixis Bank - 2010
GENERALI has more than 80 companies to manage, which means dealing with more than 1,200 bank accounts, opened in 30 different banks. As the ability to safely centralize the group’s banking authorities became crucial, GENERALI launched an RFP for a software solution in 2012.
“GENERALI chose to work with us because we were a perfect fit to their long-term vision,” continued Deleau. “The broad functional characteristics of our software, level of expertise and efficient project methodology were exactly what they were looking for.”
In essence, the Delegation of Powers module allows GENERALI to instantly assemble and generate documents (emails, files, authorizations, etc.), to centralize information and lower risk through an archival and audit system, to monitor any deadlines and renewals of relevant powers and authorities through a central dashboard, and generate reports.
Founded in 1831 in Italy, Generali is an insurance company with a 73 billion euro turnover, which insures 70 million clients all over the world. GENERALI France is the 2nd largest insurance company in France, with a 16 billion euro turnover and 6 million insureds.
