The Legend of Tatsu Island follows a treasure hunt that takes some decidedly dangerous turns. Orphaned at a young age, Pete is a World War II veteran pilot whose life has been a constant adventure. After marrying into one of the wealthiest families in California, Pete finally seems to have it all: money, power and a beautiful wife. But everything is shattered when his best friend is murdered, his father-in-law beaten and robbed, and his sister-in-law kidnapped and held for ransom by a treacherous gang searching for a legendary treasure.
Pete is ripped from his cozy life to begin a globe-trotting expedition in which he must deal with police, pirates and treasure seekers who will stop at nothing. It all makes Pete wonder if there really is a treasure or if the whole world has just gone mad. The exciting adventure will continue in the sequel to The Legend of Tatsu Island.
