In his new role, Pappas will analyze various departmental processes and offer solutions for improvement. Pappas will also ensure that processes work at the optimum level in terms of cost, speed, and accuracy. Finally, Pappas will effectively identify, prioritize, and communicate business requirements around system changes within the corporation.
Pappas is a recent graduate of Bryant University in Rhode Island where he attained a Masters in Business Administration.
