ICS Financial Systems Deploys ICS BANKS® in 90 New Sterling Bank Branches

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 1, 2012 - Sterling Bank Plc, one of the users of ICS BANKS®; the universal banking solution, has gone live in 90 new branches. This comes on the heels of Sterling bank’s recent acquisition of Equitorial Trust Bank-ETB.

The Bank signed a contract with ICS Financial Systems Limited (ICSFS), the global software and services provider for banks and financial institutions in December, 2011, for the deployment of ICS BANKS® solution in the new branches to facilitate a seamless integration of operations in a bid to continue delivering excellent customer experience across all service channels.

The project commenced in February, 2012 and was completed in a record-breaking time of two months in a manner that limited customer discomfort to a near zero level.
