Follow on Google News | It's Friday, Do You Know Where All of Your Facebook Pictures are Posted? How Ellen DeGeneres Made Petsapalooza’s Fur-Ever Home, The Animal Rescue Board Game Picture Worth a Thousand Clicks!
By: Petsapalooza LLC Let’s start at the beginning. A couple of months ago we submitted a picture on the The Ellen DeGeneres Show’s Facebook page showing one of our rescued dogs Tyra playing one of our games, Fur-Ever Home, The Animal Rescue Board Game. Although she did not follow the rules in her game play, she still made an honest attempt to run an animal rescue business and help dogs and cats to fur-ever homes. She also made an honest attempt at eating the game. A couple of weeks later, we had forgotten about this submittal and assumed that it got a good laugh, and some awww’s, and then went into the Facebook land of forgotten posts. Thankfully, we were wrong. Two weeks ago, we got a Facebook email from a friend and also a call from a friend stating that we were on The Ellen DeGeneres Show’s Facebook Photo Friday! Page. Really? We went and checked it out for ourselves, and yes it was true – see it here to believe it (http://www.facebook.com/ As of today, this photo has 806 Likes, 72 Comments, and 61 Shares from Ellen’s page. We thanked everybody we could find who was connected to Ellen, and thank them again (Ellen, you rock!). We took this link and pushed it through our social media channels, and received thousands of more views and shares. Tyra became a celebrity - not really, and Fur-Ever Home, The Animal Rescue Board Game, and Pet Frenzied Card Game (both Petsapalooza products made in the USA) became must-have gifts of the year – we hope!
