Shavaughn Childs of FOURCEmag™ steps out in support of Barbara Bates Foundation

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 30, 2012 - Shavaughn Childs, founding publisher of FOURCEmag™, attended and sponsored the event “Knocking Out Breast Cancer” in Chicago on October 28th.  The proceeds from the philanthropic event, hosted by the Barbara Bates Foundation, will support the foundations Institutional Grant on Disparity and Education of Breast Cancer. This grant supports the education of the disparities in breast cancer that affects African American and Latino communities. The event will feature 50 breast cancer survivors modeling a fashion collection designed by Barbara Bates Designs.
