Peppa Pig will co-host a special Open Day event at Bromley Day Nursery in College Road, following a complete garden refurbishment programme by the nursery owners, the nationwide Asquith Day Nurseries group.
Local mums and dads are invited to the Showcase Day which takes the form of an autumn traditional fete, complete with hog roast, special dishes cooked from the nursery’s own menu, plus traditional games.
Nursery manager Dianne Lumsden-Earle said: "Our nursery is undergoing a massive £100,000 facelift and the refurbishments include a brand new garden area, complete with new climbing apparatus and a special covered stage to enable our children to present their own shows. Bromley Day Nursery is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and can accommodate up to ninety four local children.
The autumn Showcase Day on Saturday (Nov 3) runs from 10 am -1pm and will give parents the opportunity to see how the nursery is run.
