Industry Veteran Joins NAI Robert Lynn Fort Worth Office as Executive Vice President

Oct. 30, 2012 - PRLog -- The NAI Robert Lynn (http://www.robertlynn.com/) Fort Worth office recently hired Kornel Romada as executive vice president. In this role, he primarily is responsible for building the retail tenant representation division of NAI Robert Lynn’s Fort Worth office.  Romada will also focus on landlord representation and on building a strong presence for NAI Robert Lynn in the Fort Worth/Tarrant County retail market. With more than six years of executive-level experience in commercial real estate and healthcare, Romada is an expert in business development and team management.

Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Romada spent more than five years as the assistant vice president of leasing, and landlord and tenant representation at the Woodmont Company. An expert in the Fort Worth/Tarrant County retail market, he has represented landlords and tenants in numerous high-profile transactions. Several notable deals involved Kohl’s, ULTA, Charming Charlie, Kirkland’s, AT&T, T-Mobile, Mattress Firm, Olive Garden, Vitamin Shoppe, Starbucks, Chipotle, Freebirds and Five Guys Burgers and Fries.

Romada also spent more than a year as the vice president of Wellspring Healthcare and  nearly three years as a United States Tennis Association (USTA) tennis professional. Romada is a member of ICSC and also has been recognized as a Power Broker by Costar and D CEO.

Romada earned his bachelor’s degree in advertising and his Masters of Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. He also received his Associate of Arts from North Iowa Community College in Mason City.

Romada currently lives in Granbury, Texas. He was originally born and raised to Hungarian parents in former Czechoslovakia and came to the United States as a foreign exchange student. He is now an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan and is fluent in several languages.
