Design registrations protect the new or original features of shape, configuration, pattern or ornamentation that are applied to an article (such as a snow sled) by any industrial process or means. In the case of the Stealth and Stealth-X snow sled designs, their novelty resides in the features of shape and configuration as opposed to their pattern or ornamentation.
