Premier First Monday Vendor brings high-end interiors and inspiration to Downtown Canton

Oct. 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Cotton Shed No. 11 is the newest retail location in the revitalized Square in Downtown Canton, Texas. Located at 150 E. Dallas Street; Cotton Shed No. 11 features unique home décor, complemented with specialty natural and organic items from all over the world. The store is open every Thursday 10am -4pm and during First Monday’s Trade Days the shop is open Thursday – Sunday with extended hours.

“Opening this retail location is a dream come true,” says Owner/Decorator Jackie Devine- Carlson. “I am especially thrilled to open our doors in Canton. For more than 3 years, we’ve operated our retail booths at First Monday Trade Days, so Canton feels like home. When the opportunity presented itself to open a storefront, Canton was the logical – the only – choice.”

For more than a decade, Jackie Devine’s passion has been decorating for corporate and residential clients across Texas. Her interior decorating company, Simply Devine Décor, has developed large-scale holiday environments for some of the largest hotel chains in the country, including Courtyard by Marriott and Spring Hill Suites by Marriott, and the Omni Fort Worth. Jackie’s creative talent was again recognized when she served as a set designer for a series of holiday specials for Hallmark. In addition to Cotton Shed No. 11, Jackie Devine will continue operating her First Monday Trade Days booth located in Pavilion II. Both locations will offer old-world furniture, lamps, accessories and seasonal items, as well as many ideas for elevating simple pieces to new heights through repurposing. Jackie is excited to welcome her long-time customers and first-time customers to her fourth holiday season. It has become a heart-warming tradition.
