Promoted to vice presidents, Welch and Suarez will create overall communication strategies for clients, manage staff and client relationships, as well as help drive the agency’s growth strategies.
Welch has served in multiple managerial roles at Echo since joining the agency in 2003. Her focus area includes media campaign strategy development and management of accounts spanning a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, transportation and legal. Welch earned her master’s degree in communications-
Suarez has been with Echo since 2001 and served most recently as an account group manager where she managed the agency’s various account teams and was responsible for social media strategy, project management, client counsel and media relations. Suarez earned her bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations from California State University, Fullerton. Suarez resides in Riverside, Calif.
Culver, in his new role as junior account executive, will oversee media relations, implement social media strategy and lead pro bono accounts. He first joined Echo in January 2011 and specializes in working with clients in the nonprofit, education, retail and consumer products industries. Culver earned his bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising from Chapman University where he graduated cum laude. He resides in Huntington Beach, Calif.
