iTeleCenter Releases Updated Website for its Virtual Telephone System

PRLog - Oct. 29, 2012 - PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- iTeleCenter recently launched an updated website for its virtual telephone system. In addition to the revised, crisper home page, it makes phone number selection quicker and easier for customers looking for local numbers. What makes this type of system ‘virtual’ is that calls that come into the subscriber’s number are routed through a hosted system and are forwarded to the subscriber’s landline or mobile phone; there is no physical phone line associated with the toll free or local hosted number.

Subscribers can select from a list of 800 numbers, other toll free numbers (855, 866, 877, 888), toll free vanity numbers or local numbers from major cities around the US. The updated website simplified the number selection process. Visitors landing on a specific city page for New York or Chicago phone numbers, for example, no longer have to go to an additional page to choose a number in that city – the updates provide number selection on each city landing page. And for those looking for numbers in cities without their own landing page, the site provides a link to ‘Other US City Phone Numbers’. The link takes visitors to a page where they can select a number in a specific city.

The website’s user-friendly update makes it easier for visitors to find what they are looking for. More small businesses are realizing that they can increase their reach into local communities by employing local phone numbers with a virtual telephone system. There is no longer a need to have a physical brick-and-mortar presence in order to advertise a local number. A small business in Kentucky can advertise a local number in Los Angeles and have calls seamlessly forwarded to their Kentucky phone.
