Biographer Jill Piercy and New Welsh Review's Gwen Davies will host a centenary evening celebrating Brenda's work, her connections with Alun Lewis and the Caseg Press.
The discussion will also include her poetry, art, books and her life on Bardsey Island, Germany and on the Greek island of Ydra.
Fluellen Theatre company will then present a script in hand performance of extracts from Chamberlain's play The Protagonists.
In her centenary year, Parthian Books have published fiction and drama by Brenda Chamberlain, along with a biography of her life.
The Dylan Thomas Festival continues until 9 November and features Graham Hunter, Paul Durcan, Nigel Jenkins, Menna Elfyn, Ros Barber, Kevin Barry, Roshi Fernando and Fernhill.
