GlazeWorx which has been developed in-house by DataCell, manages the end-to-end cycle of glass manufacturing, including purchase enquiry, estimation, sending of a quotation, purchase and management of stock, managing the product lifecycle, monitoring each step in the production process and invoicing. A unique feature of the system is sheet optimization which optimizes the way in which large sheets of glass are cut, in order to minimize wastage of material thereby reducing cost.
