Barnes & Noble's Nook Book Matches Amazon's Kindle Price for New "Why I Sued Eddie Murphy" Book

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 28, 2012 - Just a few weeks ago retailers on Amazon were slashing the retail price for Gregory L Hudson's new 'captivating' book, "Why I Sued Eddie Murphy" from $20.00 down to $11.95 (Hard Cover only) to gain a competitive edge. Amazon is now selling the book for $8.99 on its popular Kindle while Barnes & Nobles ("B&N") was selling it for $15.00 on its Nook Book. Today ...  and to the delight of B&N's customers, "Why I Sued Eddie Murphy" is available for $8.99 for the Nook Book.

"Why I Sued Eddie Murphy" is a 'captivating' and 'true story' of Hudson's $100 million dollar copyright infringement lawsuit against Eddie Murphy, Universal Studios, Universal Pictures, Heavy D, Brian Grazer, Robert Ramsey, Matthew Stone, and Imagine Film Entertainment.

Hudson's lawsuit stated, among several other claims, that they "used protected expressions" from his stage play, "No Harm, No Foul" to create the hit movie, "LIFE" starring Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence, Heavy D, Bernie Mac, and others without his authorization.

Amazon still holds a slight advantage over B&N because the 'Hard Cover' version is available on Amazon while B&N only has the 'ebook' version for the Nook.  Many customers have been turned away from B&N and walked away dissappointed from B&N stores around the country after learning that Hudson's book was not available, except for the Nook.

After visting a Barnes & Nobles store on 5th Avenue in New York City, Hudson walked away disappointed as well after learning that his book was not available.  Upon this discovery, Hudson immediately contacted the publisher, "RoseDog Books", and made arrangements to make the 'hard cover' version available to Barnes & Nobles.  So in a few weeks, "Why I Sued Eddie Murphy" will be available for sale by B&N if it chooses to sell the 'hard cover' version.

While visiting B&N Hudson found that his other three books: "Monologues: Dramatic Monologues For Actors", "48 Poems: Reflections Of A Poet", and "Showtime: Comedic Acting Scenes for Two Actors" ARE available at B&N in all formats except 48 Poems. 48 Poems is available in paperback format only. These three books are sold as 'text' books because of their versatility, additional content, and superb educational resources.

Since Barnes & Nobles is the largest 'Brick & Mortar' book store in the United States of America, having this wonderful book available for its customers around the world is a "win" "win" situation for all book lovers and fans of author Gregory L Hudson.
