Amazon still holds a slight advantage over B&N because the 'Hard Cover' version is available on Amazon while B&N only has the 'ebook' version for the Nook. Many customers have been turned away from B&N and walked away dissappointed from B&N stores around the country after learning that Hudson's book was not available, except for the Nook.
After visting a Barnes & Nobles store on 5th Avenue in New York City, Hudson walked away disappointed as well after learning that his book was not available. Upon this discovery, Hudson immediately contacted the publisher, "RoseDog Books", and made arrangements to make the 'hard cover' version available to Barnes & Nobles. So in a few weeks, "Why I Sued Eddie Murphy" will be available for sale by B&N if it chooses to sell the 'hard cover' version.
