Cambridge Nanny Group combines a personality inventory and Math/Verbal Skills Assessment with a workplace productivity test that is used to predict whether an applicant is conscientious, productive, and reliable employee. The candidate also completes an inventory that measures five key psychological traits: Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Extroversion, Stability/Neuroticism and Openness.
