Tampa Bay Loan Officer To Speak At Hudson Rotary Club

Oct. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Pam Marron, a senior loan officer located in the Tampa Bay area will be the program speaker at the Hudson Rotary Club on Thursday, Nov. 8  The club meeting takes place at the CARES Café (12417 Clock Tower Parkway) in Bayonet Point at 12 noon.

The topic of her program is ”Solutions for Underwater Homeowners.” Ms. Marron knows that there are definite ways for underwater homeowners to work through a short sale with their credit still intact, and the correct information in advance will allow for quicker repurchase of another home after the short sale.

Advice provided may also help prevent incorrect short sale credit information from being reported as a foreclosure, and Ms. Marron will offer ideas for the best ways to regain equity in any underwater property.

For nearly two years, Pam has been investigating the distressing banking practice of causing homeowners to default. She has discovered that this practice has been at the expense of underwater homeowners and has been working with Florida State and Federal Representatives, the US Treasury Department, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and major credit reporting agencies to create solutions to this complicated problem.
