News 12’s LI Election Debates Available On Your Schedule, On The Web, And On-Demand

Congressional debates for all districts in Nassau and Suffolk counties, as well as several Town Supervisor debates, are available on its website (www.news12.com) and its interactive channel, 612 on Optimum TV.
 
Oct. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- With Election Day approaching, News 12 Long Island is pleased to announce its extensive Island Vote 2012 election debate schedule.   Congressional debates for all districts in Nassau and Suffolk counties, as well as several Town Supervisor debates, are available on its website (www.news12.com) and its interactive channel, 612 on Optimum TV.  The debates are on-demand at the viewer’s convenience with full interactive control to fast forward, rewind, or watch again and again.  For viewers unsure of which races are relevant them, News 12 Interactive, channel 612 features a zip code search where debates for that area will automatically appear.

By visiting news12.com or channel 612, Long Islanders can view key local political debates and find answers to questions about current issues and candidates. Additionally, all of the current Island Vote 2012 coverage is available in conjunction with the debates.  Stories relating to the election and full candidate profiles (with partner Newsday) are also on-demand on both the website and the interactive channel.
