RenewData’s Andy Kraftsow to Lead Discussion at Gibbons’ Sixth Annual E-Discovery Conference

The program, to be held in Whippany, N.J. on November 2, focuses on the most recent trends and developments in electronic discovery and corporate information management.  

Kraftsow’s session, titled “Insider Perspectives on Predictive Coding – What Is It, and Can It Really Save Your Company Millions?” and scheduled for 3 p.m. ET, will discuss prominent predictive coding cases, the technology and its alternatives and the issues surrounding it. The discussion will be moderated by Jeffrey L. Nagel, Esq., director of the Gibbons E-Discovery Task Force.

Other sessions at the conference will address ethics for corporate counsel, steps to prepare for eDiscovery matters and effective management of processes and protocols. The conference has been approved for 6.5 total hours of CLE credit in New Jersey, 6.5 CLE credit hours in New York and is pending approval by the Pennsylvania CLE Board.
