During a 12-hour heat, staff members, general public and local sporting celebrity Olympian Diane Modahl will participate in the 2,100 mile challenge. The aim of this event is to raise as much money as possible for this year’s Pinktober campaign in association with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the Caron Keating Foundation.
Everyone is welcome to come down and cheer for the rowers. In order to complete one circuit they will need to achieve the speed of light, so all encouragement is needed! This year Pinktober embarks its 13th consecutive year of raising awareness and funds for breast cancer charities all around the globe.
Fred Booth, Centre Director for The Printworks said
“It’s great that Hard Rock Cafe have been running this charity event year on year and we at The Printworks do our best to support all tenants with their charitable endeavours.”
