April 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Michigan based Samoco Industries announced today the launch of WireBarn.com, www.WireBarn.com  a new online wire and electrical supply store.  The store carries only USA made electrical wire and a variety of wiring tools and accessories.  

The main wire categories the store is selling are Automotive GXL and TXL type wire, and Machine Tool Wire (MTW).   The target customer base is small manufacturers, automotive repair/installation shops, automotive enthusiasts, hobbyists, and machine builders.  

What sets WireBarn.com apart from other online wire supply stores is that WireBarn.com sells wire in small multicolored multipacks.  Instead of having to purchase hundreds of feet of each color in a particular gage, Wirebarn.com repackages wire in multipacks which contain 25 feet of each color.  These wire packs are available in every gage of wire.  

Wire by the foot is another option on the website which is particularly useful because the minimum wire length is a mere 10 feet, whereas other online stores have a typical minimum of 100 feet of each color.

TXL Automotive Wire -   TXL Wire is recommended where high temperature resistance and small overall diameter are necessary.   It is found in many automotive interiors (instrument panels, interiors, etc.)

TXL Wire is frequently found in cars, trucks, tractors, boats, buses, and general applications where high durability coupled with high heat resistance is a requirement.  

Recommended temperature range for TXL: -40C to +125C
Recommended voltage:  50V Maximum
TXL wire meets the requirements of SAE J-1560, Chrysler (MS-8288), as well as Ford (M1L-123A) specifications

MTW / Machine Tool Wire -   MTW is typically used in internal wiring of appliances and electronics, machinery and is used for internal wiring of appliances where exposed to oil.  The PVC insulation creates a chemical, flame and moisture resistant barrier that is desireable. The use of UL 1015 wire has increased dramatically in the past decade.
