Style Coalition Launches Shelter Vertical As Part of On-going Expansion

Influencer marketing platform Style Coalition has expanded its portfolio with the addition of a shelter vertical, an extension of their existing partnership with Hearst Digital Media, broadening its reach outside of the fashion and beauty verticals.

 
Oct. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Influencer marketing platform Style Coalition has expanded its portfolio with the addition of a shelter vertical, an extension of their existing partnership with Hearst Digital Media.

Several home design and décor sites have signed on with more to be added in the coming weeks. The selected influencers and their sites - The Handmade Home, Perfectly Imperfect, Miss Mustard Seed, The Zhush, The Simply Luxurious Life, Bright Bold Beautiful, Anne Sage, Life in a Venti Cup - have a common thread of a discerning niche point of view, sophisticated eye for style and strong social media footprint.

In addition to adding 500K more unique monthly visitors to the network, this expansion allows Style Coalition (http://stylecoalition.com) to broaden its reach to brands outside of the fashion and beauty verticals, including furniture and home accessories, electronics/appliances, home renovation, storage, and CPGs among others -- while still maintaining its focus on the stylish lifestyle consumer.

The new sites cover a variety of topics – from DIY home renovation to color and design to entertaining; with half also including general lifestyle, food, fashion and travel – giving Style Coalition the flexibility to work with brands on a number of campaign initiatives.

Style Coalition, in partnership with Hearst Digital Media, will work with brands and agencies to develop integrated social media programs that leverage the new home design and décor influencers – from simple themed posts to full room makeover series, and also plans to develop home design programming for its new online video channel, SCTV.
