Chasson Gracie Talks Statistical Modeling and Study Findings at RE/Mixed Media Festival’s Remixing the Fan Experience: A Panel Discussion

 
PRLog - Oct. 25, 2012 - EDMONDS, Wash. -- Chasson Gracie will join a panel of journalists, music industry insiders and artists at the 3rd Annual RE/Mixed Media Festival on November 10th in Brooklyn, NY.  The panel discussion “Remixing the Fan Experience,” moderated by journalist Adam Bernard,  will discuss how the music industry can incorporate old concepts, like waiting in line at the record store the day of an album’s release, with new technologies, like social networking.   It will also cover the Kickstarter ideology, whether or not fan funding is a viable option for the majority of artists, and how this alters the artist-fan relationship.

"I am really looking forward to chatting about our music consumption forecasting model and the evolving fan-artist relationship at the RE/Mixed Media Festival. The more artists and labels can learn about the actual drivers of music consumption, the better plans they can make to stregthen the fan-artist relationship," says Mr. Gracie.
