Local Blog Makes Worldwide Splash

Okemos, Michigan.  When you think of fashion centers you might overlook Okemos.  No longer.   That’s the home of the wildly popular blog “What Kate Wore” and its’ author Susan Kelley.  And now that blog has been recognized as one of Time Magazine’s Top 25 Blogs of 2012.
