Florida Leases Inked by LandQwest Commercial

(October 22, 2012) –  Quest Diagnostics Clinical Laboratories, Inc. leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at Cortez Commons, 5502 Cortez Road West in Bradenton, Florida. Tom Strauss, Jason Sepanski, CCIM, SCLS, and Matt Yaniglos, SCDP, CLS of LandQwest Commercial negotiated this transaction for the landlord.

Mike Doyle, CCIM, with LandQwest Commercial, represented the landlord in the lease of 720 square feet of office space and 1.5 acres of fenced yard to GFS Florida, LLC at 3411 Hanson Street in Fort Myers, Florida.

Premier Sandals Realty SWFL, Inc. leased 1,517 square feet of retail space at Gladiolus Village, 11571 Gladiolus Drive in Fort Myers, Florida. Bryan Myers of LandQwest Commercial represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.
