An educational seminar, called “In the Trenches. What’s Working and Where” will feature Lance Williams, President of Williams Homes; Leonard Miller, Division President, Richmond American; and Maria Stamolis, Managing Director, Canyon Johnson. The seminar will provide an interactive forum focused on key factors such as risk, product design, market focus and other important decisions. The panelists will present perspectives and approaches representing three segments of the industry – public, private and investor – involved in single-family, condominium and mixed-use projects.
