'Customer Satisfaction' Sends School Orders Soaring For Alexander Paper Supplies

'Customer Focus' Has Resulted In Increased Demand, Especially From The Education Sector, According to Managing Director Sandy Cowen

Oct. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- Customer satisfaction with a uniquely personalised service is behind a substantial increase in demand for products from South Cheshire’s Alexander Paper Supplies said Managing Director Sandy Cowen.

The founder of the Walgherton and Crewe based paper supplies specialists was speaking after figures revealed that the 18 years old company is experiencing a dramatic year on year increase in production due to significantly increasing demand especially from the education sector.

“We have been supplying the education sector since we launched this business and our reputation for quality and a totally customer focused service has resulted in regular and substantial orders from schools right across the North,” added Mr Cowen.

“However, that reputation has also been instrumental in introducing us to many other schools in other regions around the country including Cornwall. In fact demand for our products in the South West is so healthy we are making a further trip there this month.”

One Alexander Paper Supplies customer in Cornwall is headmistress Lyn MacNamara from St Uny’s primary school near St Ives who first came across the company when she was with a school in Cheshire.

Alexander Paper recently invested in a range of new machinery at its Crewe factory to enable sketch pad production to rise to around 250,000 this year. And Mr Cowen believes annual production will break through the one million per year mark within three years.
