More companies are realizing the benefit of integrating a welding camera into the process. One of the key benefits is operator health and safety as the welding camera can provide the same detail for the operator to produce quality welds.
The end user solution consists of five welding cameras displaying simultaneous video to the viewing screen. One of the key components of the application was the ability of the system to allow for an operator to see up to five simultaneous streaming video
at the same time. The welding camera ICAM-WA was integrated into the system to offer a strong solution at an affordable price.
The system is fully integrated into a main control console. Each welding camera is independently controlled via the selector switches and LED pot. A main power switch, camera power switch and led power switch provide the operator with full control over the system.
The welding camera system is touch screen driven whereby the operator can select any one of the mini views and it becomes the view in focus and expands to full screen. Pressing the screen again, brings it back to multi view.
Says the client, “we were running into issues of operator safety and skin burns due to the multi-head process. The welding camera was the appropriate way to go. Invisual E has a platform that is able to meet our needs”.
Says Invisual E, “ This demonstrates the commitment we have to tackle and solve client requests and build our satisfied client list”
