People love to watch the drama of sizzling woks and crackling griddles that normally get hidden away behind the restaurant kitchen door. And that is precisely what you can expect to find at Gharana where live cooking stations will transport you to the bustling ‘gallis’ of Hyderabad, Punjab, Jaipur and Lucknow that come alive with the most mouth-watering aromas pulling people from far and wide.”
The Street Food Night menu at Gharana is as enticing as the concept where delectable kebabs, chatpattit chaats and tantalising birianis will be infused to give our dear customers pertinent tastes of the Gharanas.
The experience won’t just end with your taste buds aroused. Sounds from the mountains and the seas will be infused as Gulzar – internationally acclaimed - on his flutes will woo you with lilting tunes to enjoy the spoils of the four mithai gallis.
The Punjabi Gulab Jamun and Matka Falooda, the Lucknowi Lychee Rabdi the Hyderabadi, Phirnee and the Lucknowi Kemami Zarda Pulao are a treat to be desired at this Street Food experience.
The Street Food Buffet at Gharana is priced at AED 95 per person and begins at 7pm every Saturday starting from November 10, 2012.
