Music Exec, Kevin Shine, Launches Solution to Music Industry Crisis: Writing Sessions of America

Kevin is the newly appointed head of A&R for Arrow Rec-ords/Universal and is the President of The F.I.R.M. (Foundation for Innovative Resource Management), which is a resource for artists, songwriters, producers, personalities and companies.

On October 27th, 2012 The F.I.R.M. partners with Mars on Sunday, INC to launch an innovative network-ing and creative development seminar for producers and songwriters called "Writing Sessions of America: Money.Power.Respect". The purpose of this seminar is to enhance, develop, and educate songwriters and producers seeking advancement opportunities within music publishing industry.

"Writing Sessions of America" will host several events throughout the day beginning with a networking mixer from 10am-3pm which will be held the Soul Asylum Studios located at 1676 Defoor Circle.  This mixer is designed to provide an environment for songwriters and producers to network with po-tential colleagues and clients. Following the mixer, A press conference and panel discussion will be held to provide business education and the latest strategies on expanding entertainment brands with-in the Indie and corporate music industries. Music executives will also be discussing the current mu-sic industry crisis and how the 'Writing sessions of America' holds the solution to the ongoing chal-lenges that music businesses experience.

This powerful seminar will kick-off on October 26, 2012 with an invitation only VIP and Red Carpet event hosted by non-profit “For the People, By the People” and will honor Black Elvis with the “For the People, By the People” Challenging Minds Award.
