What: A Halloween “SlashWOD”
Each month, Trap Door Athletics holds a "FlashWOD” at an outdoor public location in the city of Philadelphia. They conduct the WOD in the public, in a seemingly random act – although it has been carefully planned and promoted via their blog, social outlets, and website (www.trapdoorathletics.com)
Where: Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing
Followed by a festive happy hour at the Philadelphia Bar & Restaurant, where prizes will be given to the best costumes
When: October 31, 2012, the WOD begins at 6:30 p.m.
The happy hour and Halloween party will go on until 10:00 p.m.
Why: Halloween is just around the corner and Trap Door is getting down. SlashWOD style. They’ve invited their FlashWODers to snap on their fangs, break out the Cher wig, and join their fellow Philadelphia escape artists for an extra special chance to flee the Box. What better way to celebrate Halloween?

Athletes will be donning their favorite Halloween costumes and working out, in flash mob fashion, at the Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing.
