Local Website Allows Users To Compare Neighborhood Real Estate Markets

“Real Estate is an incredibly local industry, and the value and appreciation of individual homes in the market is affected by more than just state and federal trends,” says founder Joshua Stern. “Our new tool allows everyone, not just real estate agents, to find out how the real estate market has been changing in their individual zip codes, meaning more informed decisions for home buyers and sellers alike.”

For each area, the Market Insider functionality shows users real estate market statistics such as average home price, the number of days on market, and the total number of home sales, among others.
