Modern Skate Park to Host Annual Halloween Lock-In

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 23, 2012 - ROYAL OAK, MICH. - Modern Skate & Surf is hosting its annual Halloween Lock-In on Friday, Oct. 26 from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to stay the night at the skate park. For members, this Halloween event costs only $35. For non-members, price of admission is $40. Doors open for check-in at 9:30 p.m.

Come dressed to impress! Costume and skate contests will continue throughout the night for candy and other Modern Skate prizes. Attendees will enjoy pizza, Gatorade and skateboarding all night. Space is limited, and registration is required. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a waiver (http://www.modernskate.com/modernskate/assets/images/waiv...).

“We’re very excited for the lock-in, and so are the skaters,” said George Leichtweis, Modern Skate Park Owner. “They’ve been asking about it on Facebook for months.”
