Dr. Manley is the Executive Director & Senior Pastor of the House of Destiny International Ministries. He is a Christian counselor, teacher, minister, an inspirational public speaker. Other Christian books include 'Majestic One' and 'Jungle Within'.
Dr. Manley served in the U.S. Navy and was Honorably Discharged in 1971. He was awarded the National Defense Award Medal for his military service. He is a Graduate of the Leadership Development Institute of Spartanburg, SC, and holds a Doctorate of Divinity at Progressive Life Church. He is a graduate of South Carolina Baptist Convention New Works Seminar, and is a graduate of The Granoff School of Music.
