‘Admittedly it was easier opening a second office as we had already been successfully running the office in Birmingham’ said the Managing Director.
‘It always takes a little trial and error and we went through a fair amount of this with our first office. When it came to launching in Coventry we had developed a structured and transferable business concept, it was literally a case of copy and paste. Obviously we have had to make some very slight adaptations to suit the new environment, but generally the expansion has been so far so good, we just need to keep our feet firmly on the accelerator, so to speak’.
