About The Hope Center and Critical Thanksgiving Food for Families in Need In DFW
The Hope Center is a nonprofit, community-based organization. Incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 2004, they have served low-income and unemployed families in Fort Worth and Dallas since 2002. They provide food, educational programs and medical referrals assistance, and build collaborative relationships with job training and placement organizations for adults and their families in an effort to improve their overall quality of life. They have more than 400 volunteers logging over 23,000 hours annually. They have expanded their volunteer base through corporate volunteers that come in and work as part of team building programs. The Hope Center provides food, clothing, and household items for individuals living at or below poverty level through their Food Pantry and Resource Center, educational programs, youth programs, job training, job placement and dental exams The Hope Center offers critical Thanksgiving food for families in need in DFW.
